Code 41 Primary Oxygen Sensor Heater Integra LS OBD2 Jumped to OBD1

Does anyone know how to fix this problem and where it is located?

....or buy a Helms manual and mutlimeter in order to troublehsoot the problem instead of throwing expensive parts at it that may not fix it.

What does the O2 heater resistance measure?
