y7 head in d15b2 block?

Default y7 head in d15b2 block?

the timing seems off do i need to notch the distributer housing to be able to rotate it enough to get proper timing or did i just make that up , also is it true that the cam is going to be 1/2 a touth off

Cam is 1/2 tooth off.
