It normally takes quite a bit to get me riled up, but I couldn't hold it in when I read this.

Heh... I was one of the people with kits on back order. Received my kit 1- 1.5
months later.. But Ben told me the problem he was having..

I know everyone wants their purchased parts ASAP, but sometimes you have
to be patient. People have to understand that in this industry, some companies
move a little slower.. PLUS parts are not always readily available. The demand
is not as great as comparable to electronics industry..

I think you handled it very well. You handled it pretty professionally which was great, because you never want potential customers see you blow up at someone.
