Can't really see it but here is the best pic I had of it already hosted. Next week i am finishing it. Obviously I dont have the front hoop or the halo hoop yet. The car is coming along nicley though.

that looks like a harddog fabrication rollbar for a miata stuck in there.

why would you need a halo in a closed-roof car?

 

No it it isn't a miata bar, It is acutally a just a custom bar. When I initally installed it I didn't install "boxes" for the bar to sit on from the floor so it is sitting a little low. Maybee like 1/2 inch too low. Yeah I welded it in myself I have welded before, I really only tacked it in cause I knew I would need to raise it higher and didn't have the time to do a good install, so temperoraly I put it in to get some good videos of me on the track. Nest week the whole thing will get fixed and done, nascar door bars, etc. Anyone know how difficult it is gonna be to run the bar horizontally through the dash? I will probably bring the other bars down through the vents.
I have since raised it up I was just playing around in my garage to see what it looked like but my x-brace was sitting on the floor.

 

so why not run the main hoop to the ceiling?
