will this JDM front lip and rear lip fit on my 2005 Ep3?

No they won't. As posted, you need the JDM front and rear bumper covers, and rebars.

As for the grill, swap your badge with a JDM OE red H badge.

If you don't want to change your bumpers to the JDM CTR bumpers, then Show Stoppers USA makes a replica CTR lip kit for the EP3.
