RHD conversion legal in bay area?
Im selling a right-hand drive conversion to someone in the bay area and he is wondering if it is legal to do the conversion. i have seen people with it and believe it is legal but he would like more than one opinion and im sure i would too if i were going to spend the money to have it done.
