Need Help with Initial setup for 03 Civic LX Apexi S-AFCII

Hi i need help with initial setup with an Apexi S-AFCII on a 03 Civic LX. Everything is hooked up just need to set it up. This thing is very confusing can someone help me out???

leave everything passive (stock) until you can tune it ona dyno.

^^^Exactly. You don't want to mess around with anything on your car and, end up having major problems. Good luck!
