Default Replacing Speakers

So i bought some decent speakers for my car, the rear deck is infinity. And i bought a used pair of kenwoods for the front untill i get my component system up and running. Well i got the rear speakers in, but when i went to install the front speakers the plasic grill won't come off. The manual said there is a screw that would be towards the rear on the bottom, but there is none there.

For the Front speakers you could just take off the whole door panel. I think its easier that way. As for the grill i dont think its detachable on 4 gens. Mine is flush with the door.
