Default Car running lean, need help!!

I checked my spark plugs and the tip of 2,3,and 4 are white which indicates that car is running lean, I have 92 hatch cx with JDM Del Sol B16, the throttle body on it doesnt have a map sensor, what do I need to do and what would make it run lean???

you're a smart guy. TRY GETTING A MAP SENSOR...

Seriously... does that not make sense? I don't see how your car even runs right without one. i'll sell you one for $150

map sensor on my GF's 92 DX is on the firewall not on the throttle body, so i'm sure it gonna be the same for CX's but start with the fuel filter since the car is 13 years old.

My fuel Filter is brand spankin NEW, my stock 1.5 had the map sensor on the throttle body and I rigged it onto my B16 but I heard that I need the map sensor that goes on the firewall, External map Sensor or new throttle body, I just want to confirm before buying

It is bad if your spark plugs are white because you can blow your engine
