Hey i have a 99 civic ex blah blah my friend works at honda of oxnard and he said he could order a kit to recalabrate the computer in the car, he said $300 and they send an empty box with directions to remove to computer, send the computer back in the box and they re program the computer to what mods i have done........he said it will add 8-10 whp dose this sound right?? dose it even change anything??? thanks for the info
