I got my car back from the dealer last night...
...and my problem is FIXED!!!
I was actually expecting to pick it up and hear the same problems, but for now at least, they are gone. For those of you who haven't been following my issues you can read up on them here.
So, after having one dealer replace all of the components in the clutch, and then saying there wasn't anything else they could do, I took it to Pohanka and here is a snip from the work ticket:
Needles to say, it feels much better now.
I didn;t really notice until I got the car back that the shifter was very rough and noisy. Now it's nice and smooth. And the best part: It was covered under warranty.
Hats off to Pohanka Acura for fixing my problem where Rosenthal had left me out to dry. Acura will be receiving a letter of praise soon.
Note: There was one small issue, I noticed this morning that they put my front tires on backwards, but I can fix that one.

Hey Floyd, I'm glad you finally got rid of all your noises. I have an appointment with Pohanka tonight. Mind telling me who you dealt with you so I don't have to deal with any potential punks? Even though my car still makes the noises, I'm relieved to hear that they were able to help you out. Hope they're as kind to me when I take it there

Thank God they figured out the problem. Now ya gotta get CPR to the shop to see if his is faulty too. Especially if he wants to do the FD swap.

EDIT - On second thought, since the JDM is OEM equipment, will I be able to retain my warranty?

The best service manager to deal with up there is Jerry. He has 2 civics with b18 motors, and is the guy I usually have do anything involved with my hybrid - with no problems at all..
