98 Prelude Base
I/c/e Cam Gears.

Car seams to be running Real Rich, black Charcol stuff around bumper where exhaust is, sometimes when i start it its running on 3 pistons give it a little gas and it clears up...

Bought the car with the mods on it, i think it had been tuned, the carpet war cut around the passenger side center console.

Any Ideas???

all preludes run rich... as far as the 3 cylinders thing, check plugs, wires etc...

I think it is normal for Prelude. Mine does the same thing.

 

anyone have a fix for this black stuff? it bugs the hell out of me cause i have a white lude and my right side of the bumper is a totally different color. wet sanding and waxing starting to get a little old. . .

 

fuel pressure regulator, and tune it with a wideband o2. other than that, you're stuck with the black **** on your bumper.
