What a shitty move to take the lead.

I didn't think it was a shitty move, I've certainly seen PK pull worse but it certainly was not a case of Espenlaub 'deliberately running' Cunningham off. PK dive bombed him and he didn't have anywhere to go really.

Not having anywhere to go was his own fault though. He stuffed is nose in there where there just wasnt room and pushed them off the track - it wasnt a clean pass for position at all.

I thought it was a nice sqeeze play but I don't think it was intentional. That part of the track coming down in to turn 1 has to be dirty. But I did think that Espenlaub pushed Cunny off the track. That Mazda ran well but with 210 lbs of ballast so did the RTR TSXs.

Yeah, but Espenlaub shouldn't have left that door open. He was so busy worrying about Cunningham he did nothing to guard the inside line. I don't fault PK for taking it.

I did not understand why PK was upset? IT was the last lap, and the opening was there... so why not take it? It looked like to me the Espenlaub hit PD before PK was beside him, but oh well, it was a bit of a dive bomb... but it was the last lab. I also Credit Espenlaub for saying that if he had not made the mistake in turn 9? it would not have been an issue.
Funny, you are all correct...
PK was overly aggressive, locked up, and hit Espenlaub.
But
Espenlaub left the inside wide open worrying about PC.
But
Hitting someone like PK did is never the "clean" way to win a race.
But
If Espenlaub hadn't bungled turn 9/10 none of this would have happened in the first place.
Racing - If it was easy everyone could do it.
But a big
to the Tindol team. Thats a fantastic performance with a brand new car.
