Default ITR valve springs sufficient?

will stock ITR valve springs and retainers be enough for BC spec 3+ cams? My head is shot, and I'm thinking of buying a cheap ITR head, but its missing the cams, and the BC cams are pretty much just what I'm looking for.

Input please

i think with those cams, you might wanna try getting some aftermarket springs. I'm not sure how much stiffer the ITR ones are as compared to GSR's but from experience stock valvesprings doesn't really like the BC 3+ cams.

Get the bc springs and retainers, omnipower, or rocket motorsports, its not worth the risk to run stock valvetrain.
