Default Having Problems Pulling Codes

When I put the wire to wire, all i got was a steady cell in the on position?

I almost want to say that's what a fried ECU does. But your car starts and runs, right? I think you said it runs for 10-30 seconds then cuts off, right?

That means there are no stored trouble codes.
