The guy was fine when we first met him and he was a real nice fellow. My friend bought his CRX he was selling from him and said that he'd send CTR pistons, ACL bearings, ITR exhaust cam, and another thing up that was to be included in the deal. The only reason he didn't have them up with him was because they were at TSR Performance and he couldn't get in to get them since they weren't open.

So a week later... we're still awating the shipment of these parts and nothing. A few days after that, he makes this thread....

While we confront him about it... he's a total dick and very shady about everything. Then he changed the original for sale thread for his CRX to fit his liking so that it didn't read $2850 for the car and all of those parts.... he changed it to say that those parts were only included when the car was $5000 or something dumb like that... which he never even mentioned to us.

So GSR_YEAGER, not knowing the situation at hand, sends him money for the CTR pistons Skinnypunk is selling, and Skinnypunk has not made any contact with him and has not sent GSR_YEAGER the parts he paid for, has not sent his money back, has not done anything.

So.... I suggest that everyone tries to avoid business with this low-life at all costs. Perhaps the moderators can do something about the situation. But... just giving everyone a heads up.

should have gotten it in writing when he was selling the crx to your friend.

 

Actually, we do have a hard printed copy of the original thread where it states the original deal.

Normally I'm more for the legal route when it comes to scammers but this kid needs his *** kicked.
