how do i get top nut off shock
is there a way for me to clamp the piston down while i spin off the nut? i try to hold it through my coils, but i cant get any kind of good grip. it just keeps spinning and spinning. one just came off real easily, but the other 3 are a bitch and i dont have an air gun to take it off with.
Many shocks have a hex cut in the very end of the rod, if your does then put an allen wrench in it through a box end socket to turn the nut on the immobilized rod. If they are Koni Sports, there are flats in the tip of the rod to put a wrench (9mm I think) on to hold the rod.
