SAFC II- fuel running rich and low not sure how to configure
i have a mini-me swap all bored out with t3 turbo , i have a b&m fuel pressure regulator on the car when i got it and im not sure if this would be any help i have my fuel curve for high and lo throttle all at -50, the car was running good and then i brought it home and i reved it and some white smoke started comming out of the exhaust, im very positive it shouldnt be at -50 but i dont want to mess with it and run into bigger problems, what im asking is if anyone knows how i should have my fuel curve set at???
get a wideband and go by these air/fuel ratios
14.7 at cruise, light load
13.5 - 14.0 under a bit of load and acceleration conditions
13.0 at you cross the Vac/Boost threshhold...
12.0 - 12.5 in boost up to 5 psi
11.7 - 12.0 from 5 psi and up (to 10psi)
Those are 'safe' recommendations...

You got the correct answer - either get to a dyno or get a wideband O2 setup and do it yourself.
Where did you get the idea that you should set the SAFC to -50% across the board?
What else does the setup consist of? Are you using stock injectors?

i didnt when i bought the car it was set up in the -40's range and it was running pretty good so i figured i'd wait till i can find someone to configure my settings but i am using dsm 450cc injectors with a walbro fuel pump and sometimes the car will chug and it wants to cut out so could it be the fuel pump?? it tends to make an odd noise sometimes
Do a search for the VAFC Hack - its essentially what you are running and the 'problems' that you're describing are sort of a result from running it that way.
The B&M fuel regulator - is this the one you install over top of the stock FPR? Do you have a FPR gauge?

You have a turbo right? well this is what i would start off at but you will need a wideband or your going to run to rich.

do this on both high and low settings. just something to start with. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU DONT HAVE A WIDEBAND

Not trying to be a dick, but to make you life easier if you get a wideband say the innovate lm-1. Get the rpm converter other wise when tuning you have to guess what rpm a certain a/r is and its a pain in the ***. Just from experience
