CF painted looks a ton better IMO.</TD></TR></TABLE>
paint on cf is just a big waste of:
Time, Money, and Weight.
If it is high quality carbon, I would definitely NOT paint it. If the carbon wasn't so high quality, dull, scratched or was damaged, i might paint it.

not true, a quality cf hood painted weighs substansially less than an oem hood.
...well maybe not substansially, but it weighs less.

How so? A painted cf hood might weigh 2-3 lbs more than a non painted cd hood...money; why? Because I just waisted my money on my m4d tYt3 hood and I painted it...please, I am still taking advantage of the weight loss. Time? I don't know how my time was wasted because my car looks how I want it to.

hey different strokes for different folks. I personally like to admire high quality carbon fiber, like the stuff the C-west, Mugen, Amuse, and other companies make. Many tuners like HKS (Evo VIII), C-West (S2000), and AMUSE (GT-R 34) all have carbon body parts, UNPAINTED! Certain carbon is truly high quality and people who know about carbon fiber usually like to admire it UNPAINTED.
whatever floats your boat tho.

If this GT-R were painted, you wouldn't really be able to admire the carbon fiber craftsmenship.
