cluster lights blinking and car wont turn over and start?????????
ok, so i just installed a new fuel pump and obviously disconnecting the battery. i connected the battery back up and went to start the car and it didnt even turn over. all that happens is the cluster lights blink for about 10 seconds and then turn off. whats wrong?

well apparently i have a security system and it was disabling my ignition. i didnt know i had one. well parts of one. its now gone
