man, you should have some more hp in your set-up. I pulled 196 whp and 143 wtrq out of my less modded lsvtec, on a superflo dyno that reads (typically) lower than a dynoject.

my mods:

00 b16 head
skunk2 stage 1 cams and sk2 IM
ls aem CAI (i have an itr cai on the way)
itr tb (i've got my ls one getting bored out, also in the mail lol)
vibrant j-spec 4-2-1 header
jdm itr pistons balanced by spoon, stock bore
2.5 inch exhaust, starting with a 2.25 inch resonator, aka bottle-neck that is getting replaced by a 2.5 inch high flow resonator sitting in my room
apex-i n1 muffler

thats about it, had it tuned locally here with uberdata

i plan on making more power i had to switch to a colder plug and still needed tuning when i left it was unfinished (it was getting real late) so now that im running the colder plugs and once i go back to tune im shooting 200 whp my first run was 183 so i think it is in my reach

those are good numbers. id like to see your chart. props for using a b16 ported manifold if i read it correctly. For your setup, i prefer the b16 manifold over a Skunk2 manifold.
