Dowel pins on Mini-Me

I'm putting together a Y8(bottom)/Z6 (Head). The Y8 headgasket only allows for 2 dowel pins. Is this correct? Should I assemble the motor with just the 2 on the exhaust side?

the head only has 2 dowel pins, well all of my heads only had 2.
