Default 94 Accord A/C question

What pressure is required to get the clutch to kick in? I'm assuming this system is drained and may have a possible leak. I'd like to try a can of oil charge/stop leak and see what happens but I'm wondering if that would be enough to make the compressor kick in or should I try to add a few cans of r134a? I've got plenty of both so its just a crap shoot from here. The car was bought wholesale so I know nothing of the past history. Is there any tips from the pros here prior to my next endeavor?

One can(12-14 oz?) on the low side while it was running was enough to make the compressor clutch lock up and kick on.

Anyhow my **** is weak (55-60 degrees) but good luck with yours.

it's r143a for thsese cars and don't waste your time with a stop leak. just have the system repaired tested for leaks and filled.
