Default what spring rate?

ok i have 3 sets of coilover i could get from a friend now what spring rate would be best for my 95 4 door gsr ..as for now its will be goin on stock shocks/struts..then maybe goin on kyb agx or koni reds or yellows. This set up will be use only for daily driving with baby onboard. so i need that smooth ride, or not to much of a boucny ride and dont want it to bottom out alot.. maybe will be a 2-2.5 drop front and 1.75-2.0 on rear.. spring rates as follows:

GC
350R 300R
400R 250R

omni sleeves
448F 336R

Thanks

the 350/300..seems a little too hard for ur stock struts..maybe stay with what u have for now till you get some better shocks. i would have to go with the omni because of the stiffer rates.

I recommend you don't drop the car more than 1.5" if you keep stock dampers. 350/300 is the highest I would go with stockers, AGX or Koni Reds for a street car.

Why would you want him to get the stiffer rates? He said this will be used for daily driving with a baby on board. Go with the 350/300----but your ride will be bouncy until you upgrade your struts/shocks.
