Your burning oil, that is usually the cause for white smoke. Rings may be bad or like allan said your headgasket

thick white smoke? **** man, dont drive it, my car today is sitting in my garage dead now cuz of that, its the coolent being burned cuz ur head gasket if cracked or warped, be sure to check your engine temp, and dont over heat anymore.....

i changed my oil on my bad motor and all the coolent had mixed with the oil, out came 6-7 quarts instead of 4 from my little civic

goodluck to you

do a compression and leak down test first so you can find out the exact problem. what does your oil and anti freeze look like? is the over flow bottle full?

white smoke is coolant
blue smoke is oil

white smoke could happen from a blown headgasket (most likely), cracked head, cracked block, or twisted (warped) head

but more than likely its the headgasket

do a compression test or a leakdown test

thats easy to find out, pick up the phone and start calling places... cause we dont know...

the honda dealer in diamond bar said theyll change the headgasket for $800

thats a major ripoff...

its cheapeast if you do it yourself and its not that hard if you know what youre doing

best way to find cheap places is just call around...

Youll never prove it was him but if hes a good friend hed help you pay for it. Driving it once like that shouldent damage a head gasket, Im sure you've done that a few times too.

Im Luserkid on here, he does work like that and hes in your area I THINK? ask him hes the guy to talk to!

If you need someone cheap to do it get ahold of me, heres different ways of getting in contact. https://honda-tech.com/zerouser...19459

If it smokes all the time, idle and worse when you get on it then its more then likely headgasket. What you could do is check your oil and check your coolant. If the coolant looks milkie and looks like oil is in there then its headgasket, same with oil.

This is why you don't let friends drive your car.
