engine rebuild...
anybody no the basics to an engine rebuild. (this is a b18b by the way) so far i have read:
-rods
-pistons
-vavle springs
-camshafts
-cam sprockets
anything else i need for an engine restoration? everything in the block and the head. excluding transmission, dizzy, etc... i appreciate it thanks.

unless the engine is damaged you can reuse everything u listed, i would just get your crank turned and get new piston rings and new bearings and get your block honed. new gaskets and you should be fine.
