Default 89 Crx si swapped OBD1 dohc ZC, Clueless of wiring harness and distributor to use...

I recentlly swapped in a OB1 dohc ZC motor(grey plug).I'm using the Si ecu for now. I'm trying to figure out what route to take with the engine harness and distributor. If I go with the si harness and OBD0 (89 integ)distributor the crank angle position sensor is an issue, because on the OBD1 motor it doesn't have a plug for the RYWIRE distributor adapter plug I'm using. My other option was to use a JKOBD adapter harness( OBD0-OBD1) and use a OBD1 ecu. I need to know whats the easiest way of doing it and the most cost effective.
