For an automatic or manual? Either way it's pretty easy. There is a drain bolt on the side of the transmission. Take that off and the fluid will drain. Refill through the dipstick in the engine compartment. I believe the Auto's take around 3 quarts of ATF. Honda ATF is recommended.
Manual tranny's may be a bit more using some type of oil. I don't remember which weight.

manual tranny you drain from the drain hole and fill from the filler hole until oil comes dripping out the filler hole which is around 2qts. ive changed with 10w-30 but now currently running pennzoil sychromesh.
