I own a 1990 honda civic with a stock d15b2... aka shitty motor. I am thinking of ordering in a jdm b16a. I want do do a complete build up of the motor but cant find any recipes for some good horse power. Im also going to put 18 psi of boost through it so i have to lower the compression ratio a bit. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GRRREAT!!! I'm mainly into muscle cars and when i beat friends they say its not fair(all in imports) so i wanna build an import and show em ill still win

if ur gonna lower the CR & boost it, then why are u asking how to build it in the all motor forum?

 

One suggestion, if you want to go all motor, then build the motor before you install it into your car. You'll save $$$$.$$

 

A nice b16a recipe......ctr pistons and cams + some good bolt ons. Runs hard and has oem reliability.
