I'm looking into finding some decent side mirrors for my 88 CRX Si. I see a whole lot of places selling aftermarket mirrors but I've only seen one (DTM) on a CRX before. Does anyone one here have any led turn signal mirrors? I've been hard pressed to find any. All pictures and opinions, great appreciated. Oh yeah, here are some pics of mirrors in case you don't recognize them by name.

There isn't anything rice about losing your stock mirrors for something nicer. The only cars that I can think of with LEDs on the outside are Mercedes. BMWs come with halo headlights. Are those rice?

 

stock crx mirrors are GAY. Dumbo has smaller ears than that.

Yes halo headlights are rice. Your car is not a BMW. Im sure there are some nice mirrors for your car just none of the ones you showed

I personally don't mind a any of them, if they still managed to look like they "belong". Lots of them however either have way too bling of a light or they have "carbon-look" pattern which is disgusting. Go Carbon Fiber mirrors, if I remember Spoon makes a pair, or go black, but no Carbon-Look

If i was forced to buy an aftermarket mirror.. i would go with these... But i think these F1 style only look good on smaller Honda's.. look kinda retarded on the RSX... and second

stock CRX mirrors are completely fitting for the car "GAY" ??..Dumbo?.. the Spoon replicas actually look funny if you ask me.. they look too small for the car. They dont look bad.. just look small. Nice Rex BTW

I think the Stock CRX and Hatch mirrors fitting, and in no way look like dumbo.... Dumbo is the EK hatch Mirrors.. now they look kinda strange........

LED's for EF's LOL.. are just dumb.. they look chintzy if you ask me. Like a replica lazer pen from a $25 cent machine.. or anything else that lights up.. but buying it at Shoprite.. Not only do they look like cheap plastic, designed for a 4 year old, they make you more susceptible to getting your car stolen

I say go with the F1's if anything.. they actually look cool...

Nothing can beat the HF mirrors. WE ONLY HAD ONE.....and one rear view mirror.

get some brand new oem ones.

 

i personally think the dtm ones look okay, maybe it if were a little bit bigger, but it could be a bad picture and doesnt help show how big it reallyis. I like the ones on the yellow crx a lot. it would be between the yellow crx ones and the dtm ones. now somes actual carbon fiber dtm ones, that would be nice

Sorry, but all those mirrors your showing us look nasty nasty.

 

I'm honestly only considering the SLR and the M3 mirrors. I'm only throwing all these mirrors in the mix simply because I've not seen one on a CRX except the DTM (Spoon Mirrors). I will say that some look ridiculous in my mind but others I'd want to see. When I told people my CRX would Black with white rims and clear accents, I got about 99% negative feedback on the idea. I did it anyway. I live in the small shitty down of Shreveport but well recognized as looking nice, not retarded.

P.S. - I'll be posting picks in September or whenever my current deployment is over.

 

halos are gay cause they are not true halos like bmws....they are just one or two leds that half *** light teh circle unlike the bmw one.
