Default the answer for rev up and down syndrome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check for leaks people!mine was doing it,checked for leaks with carb cleaner believe me you will find it!no doubt

I put sand in my blinker fluid resoviour and it was fixed. No joke y0.

There can be many different causes for the same problem.
Some have found vaccum leaks which after being fixed, solved the problem.
I experience that problem as well, however, for me it has to do with low coolant level. I have a small leak, and when my coolant level goes low enough... that happens to my car during cold start.
