Default Adjusting GC/Koni Ride Height... Some insights please?

I don't have access to corner weight scales at the moment, but I know this is the best way to determine ride height.

However, without the use of scales what is the best method of adjusting the ride height so that they are even as possible.

I've tried measuring from the ground to the fender, and/or hub of wheel to fender. I found this method to be inaccurate. Why? All wheel well gaps are even, however on each of the GC sleeves, some are lower/higher than others. I think chassis flex, uneven surface and possibly not a 100% perfect body measurements.

That being said, would you guys suggest measuring from the bottom of the GC sleeves to the sleeve ring and keeping the measurements on all of the sleeves. I think this method would take away the difference in uneven surface, chassis flex and other circumstances.

Right now, I'd say the front has 1/4 inch front wheel gap and the rear has 1 /3/4 wheel gap with a rake to help reduce understeer.

Any idea what an optimal ride height would be? I don't notice more bodyroll when I raise the car up a bit. I am using 0800.250.0400 Front & 0700.250.0500 Rear spring rates with 24mm FSB, 22mm RSB. Front shocks full soft and rear full stiff for auto-x.

Edit: Right now, it seems the fender gaps are uneven in the rear. Should I worry about that? Not sure why it is like that..

Any inputs?

Well, it all depends what you want to do... do you want to have equal ride height or good corner weights?

If you want equal ride height just measure from the ground to the bottom of the jacking plates (or door trim, whatever) and make them all even, who cares how many threads on each perch, I found the same with mine (I'm running GC/Yellows and 400/500 rates too)

Otherwise (and more desirable) is to have the car corner weighed... screw the measurements, just get the corner weight numbers right.
