It all depends on what kind of setup your gonna go for, for street crower 403 are a great choice. I have them and they are a big improvement over stock

crower 62404's can be easily tuned for daily driven cars...they put out great power..look into those and some dyno graphs

62403's or 62404's are both great choices, but the 62403's are more street friendly if you are going to be daily driving.

with crower 403s when you take your head off have it milled .25 to raise compression and that should work well with those cams

I milled my head .025"

Also no one makes a thinner gasket! You have to remove a layer from which ever one you choose to use.

yeah exactly u milled ur head .025 not .25 like that other guy was sayin....the only reason i say this is because so many people are quick to offer advice and a lot of the time they dont know what the **** they are talkin about....so maybe ten of the people who read what that guy said believe it cuz they dont know any better and pass on that info to other people....so on n so forth...not everybody is as knowledgable about cars as us...and might take that iinfo and actually try to take .25 off their head....then come back with a post sayin "i dont know why my timing belt slipped and i fucked up all my valves"....im just sayin...im not a dick but people get ur **** straight

if the head is ported, cammed, valvetrain fortified and the reciprocating assembly is balanced you can rev as high as the cams and induction/ exhaust path allow you

anyway, the best thing to do is call Brian Crower or email him brian@crower.com, tell him what you have, what your plans and hopes are and he should be able to point you in the right direction.

oh well, i knew what you meant!

certainly if the kid tried to have anyone mill a quarter of an inch off of the head, whomever was doing the work would put the brakes on that job as soon as that request left his mouth!

Yes, but they require more compression. The 403s will work on stock compression. So if you don't want to change pistons, the 403s are a better choice for a daily driver.

for the first time in my life, i agree with you stormin' matt lol

403's can be pretty potent in a stock to moderate compression setup.
