Won't answer cell phone, I call his house and he supposedly ran away said his grandmother, I think he was already in trouble from ripping other people off

This guy got an ecu from me and said it was bad, but refused to send it back, so I make him send a P28 in to me to hold and I sent him another ecu. Well, he said the 2nd ecu didnt work and to send him half of the refund, and he will send the 2 ecus back, and then i send back his p28 and the other half. Well, since he has received the first half of the refund he has stopped talking to me. Obviously at least one of the ecu works because he is running his car with it! He first said VTEC wasn't engaging and it had a check engine light, then changes his story and says VTEC is engaging too early He is an *******, liar and a thief!

Anyone leave nearby? I talked to him and he refuses to pay me or send back the ecus

I would just take it as a loss. Should always get money before sending ANYTHING. Sorry this happened to you. I know the feeling, all too well.
