alright i did new rings and h23 pistons recently. I got the car bakc together and everything went good. But now it won't start. It amost turns over then stops. can ne body give me some suggestions on whats wrong?

also if ne body has some timing directions for the 5th gen it would be greatly appreciated. THats what my guess of the problem is but i dunno?

 

I'm kinda in the same situation as you...I did a motor swap into my 97 Prelude and it won't start..It turns over, but won't fire up.

 

starter?? possibly distributer cap not firing properly. could be the link with ecu.

 

Check the firing order
