im selling my 97 lude, has some slight body damage on the left rear quarter and on the driver fender. fender needs to be replaced, but the quarter is repairable, otherwise the paint is good. interior is perfect! in october of 04 i bought the car for 3 grand, it was a theft recovery car (auto trans) with 85k miles with no motor or trans, a cut harness and had no body damage at all! i also bought a 98 manual trans lude with 54k miles which had been totaled on the passenger door. when i got them in i began stripping the totaled car. i pulled everything that i would take to do the swap and began prepping the red car. i dropped the motor in before the end of oct. and ran the harnesses from the totaled car. long story short i finished right around the begining of november and started driving it. one week after it was on the road i had an accident in houston which involved me hitting a wall with the rear quarter of the car. i towed the car back to my shop and began the process of swaping the front and rear subframes and all of the suspension components from my donor car. i have pics of everything! then about a month ago my dad grazed my front fender and put a dent in it. the damage on the car is limited to those two body panels. nothing else was harmed. aside from needing some new tires and about 1500 worth of body work this car is perfect. no leaks, smoking, or funny noises. i love the car i just want to start my next project. i am looking for a del sol. i wold be willing to trade with or without cash depending on the condition and mods. car does not have to run, i have an h23 that i am in the process of building for turbo and i want to put it in a del sol. i have some new parts for the car that i never installed along with a bad *** audio system: wings west urethane avenger body kit, exedy three puck stage two clutch, act pro lite 8.8 pound flywheel, neuspeed front upper strut bar.
