HELP ME ON CAMGEAR TUNING ON A SOHC MOTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHATS THE BEST TUNE RETARD OR ADVANCE ON A ADJUSTABLE CAM GEAR?
I JUST BOUGHT A SKUNK2 CAMGEAR AND NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP ON ADJUSTING IT. WILL BE BOLTED ON A 4040 JG CAMSHAFT ON A D16A6 WITH HEAD JOB. THANKS ANYTHING WILL HELP...

take it and get it on a dyno..

yea set it to 0 and get it dyno tuned
