Default Searched but came up empty..

hey i searched with repeated entries archived and recent and didn't come up with what i need. i want to know on a d16 with a dc 4-2-1 header and full 2.5 catback, and stock internals.. how much psi could it take and what parts would you recomend.. what about links to sites to find those parts? by parts i mean internal engine parts..

TIA

You cant run a dc header and have a turbo..You have to get rid of that and get a turbo manifold..And as far as psi ,,Dont worry about that..Worry about how much hp the motor can handle..The stock d-series motor can handle 200hp with a good tune..

well, if you want a psi number.. 5-6 psi is what you could run safely on stock internals. any more than that and, from what ive gathered.. you blow stuff up. but that is also on a healthy engine.

5-7 around there will be good.
But yeah maybe do a little research, counting in the fact you said you have a dc sports header, and want to know how much you can boost.
