Sorry if i have missed members IM's, for some reason my IM's are not poppin up like they always do? Not sure if anyone can help, but i am not ignoring IM's.

Obvious one, did you turn on a pop-up blocker? IE has one built in nowadays, I have the google toolbar one on top of that.

I've done the same thing to myself, twice.

There's a lot of that going around. If your speakers are turned down at work, you don't notice the slight change in the bar at the top.
