WTF are these things?

I need to know what make and model these rims are

*I could give a **** if you dont like them or think they are ricer rims, k thanks *

the only clue i have so far is a sticker on them that says IMAGE along with the dimensions

They look like ICW Racing wheels that you can get at Pep Boys and other tire places.

well i dont think they are even sold anymore cause they still have the orignal tags on them that just say IMAGE. these rims are brand new and have never been mounted with tires
