I have a frien who has a b16a in a 91 std. anyways one day we were driving, and suddenly the car started bogging real bad and eventually cut off. we looked at the distributer, and noticed that the rotor button had came off, so we relaced the small screw, and cleaned out the oil that seems to keep depositing there. Im assuming thins is from a failed o-ring gasket. we drove off, and 15 mins later the car did the same thing again, only this time when we checked , the screw and rotor button were fine, but the car would not start up again. my question is do you guys think the distributer is gone, or what else could it be? oh and we have been noticing oil in the dist. cap for a while, unfortuanatley he never changed the gasket. could this be the cause? any help is help!!!!
