Default Swapped instrument cluster, now temp gauge peaks out.

I recently swapped out my entire instrument cluster. Everything works great except that roughly one minute after the ignition is turned on, the temp gauge makes a smooth sweep to "H", or maximum temp. Could this be a from a different wiring config in the cluster's plugs since it's from an automatic? My car is a 99 Accord LX Coupe 4cyl 5spd.

What kind of instrument panel did you install?

Well... It's from another 6th Gen Honda Accord that was an automatic... Factory replacement? I wasn't trying to do anything special. Am I missing your point?

Just that the Auto cluster may be wired differently than the MT. Anyhow, I have no idea, BUMP

Oh, ok. That's what my question was. I wanted to see if anyone knew whether there was a difference. Maybe someone with a Haynes Manual. Thanks tho, lets me know i'm probably on the right track.
