Default fuel pressure...????

i have a b16 with stage one skunk2 cams intake manifold and type r ecu(if that makes a diff). just wondering what others who have had the same or similar set up, and have had there car tuned by a professional have there fuel pressure set at. i have had it at 42-44 ish but it seems to be running rich my plugs are pretty black. anyone with experience and actual knowledge with this, please chime in. thanks

when i tune cars i usually set the fuel pressure with the vacuum line off at around 48 psi which is roughly about 40 psi with the vacuum on the FPR. but when i do this i also tune the car with UBERDATA cuz it will run pretty rich if u dont

ya i only have a vfac but im gonna get it tuned sometime in the near future. it is running alittle rich. thanks for the info

You can use the VAFC to lean out the mixture, but would suggest to use wideband o2 for actual readings and not just the plugs.
