Just curious because they never say really whats in the clutch...just that its organic matter.

According to the above site, it's "metal-fiber woven into "organic" (actually CF aramid with other materials), original-equipment style. Known for smooth engagement, long life, broad operating temperature, minimal-to-no break in period. Will take hard use, somewhat intolerant of repeated abuse (will overheat). Will return to almost full operational condition if overheated. Material is dark brown or black with visible metal fibers."

I'm assuming CF is carbon fiber. I did a bit more research - it looks like Aramid is a synthetic fiber. There seem to be several different types of it, the most
common being Kevlar! Pretty interesting stuff....

*Edit*: It seems like there are a few different styles of ogranic clutches. While a clutch with Kevlar lining is still considered on organic clutch, the more common lining seen in organic clutches is actually cellulose (wood).
