DOES anyone use wedge brackets? in there civic or crx got a question
specfically does any 89-91 civic/crx guys use the wedge brackets i was told that they incorporate the stock seat belt buckle mounting in the bracket, wondering if u guys that have the brackets have the mounting place on ur bracket to mount the stock seat belts
I've had two sets of brackets for the 89-91 CRX. The old style Wedge Eng./Sparco (made out of a bunch of steel pieces welded together) and the newer Sparco (mostly laser cut from a single piece of steel).
Both versions have an L-shaped bracket welded on, which in turn has a welded nut, that is threaded to accept the stock-inboard (exhaust tunnel side) seat belt buckle. You just need to unbolt it from the stock seat rail and transfer it over.
