well im getting an 89 accord lx, on friday and the clutch is in the car, but not adjusted right so it keeps throwing the CV joint back out so it won't drive until the clutch is adjusted right.

so i need to do wat to do, do i take it to the shop, buy a new clutch or just have someone that knows how to adjust a clutch do it.

if anyone in the seattle/tacoma area that knows how, ill pay you.

how much would it to take it to the shop?


( the motor/transmission works and runs by the way ) it starts.

edit, many ppl are telling me it has nothing to do with the clutch, and it may just be a bad CV, is that right and if so how much would that cost me?

you sure it's the clutch? i had the same problem and it was the CV joint. are you seating the circlips into the differential fully?

 

hey, no thats wat the seller says, but he also said he didnt know much about cars, so its probably a bad CV joint? how much would that cost me?
