Default Kawasaki 600R Help thunk noise

Well i poped my first wheelie today and it was scary as **** lol. Anyways I was going into my neighbor hood and was going to power one but didnt have enough room so I got off a little and put it back down and slow on the brakes. It sounded like my chain was slipping making a thunking noise and then it when away.

Anyone have any idea?

THanx

Has it happened again since? Sounds like your chain might have jumped a few teeth. Check your sprocket for any abnormally worn teeth (more than the other teeth).

When was the last time you changed your sprockets and chain?

wheelies will eat a chain / sprockets pretty quickly, so be sure you can afford to wheelie before you go out and just rip them off.

congrats on the 1st wheelie, my bike needs to go on a diet before she will come up, or some gearin or somethin, who knows! we'll see after my muzzy gets here! COME ON UPS!

Best thing to do is to check your rear wheel and sprockets/chain.
