my gsr was great but the lude is UNREAL , both cars had the same work done
CAI EXHAUST HEADERS ....I THINK MY NEW LUDE IS FASTER
can anyone tell me, is my lude faster or did i just get one mean lude !!!!
p.s. my gsr was totaled in a crash
but then i would have never had my new lude

I have a 4th gen vtec and when I race my budy with a 94 GS-R I win pretty decently every time.

 

why are the 4th gen ludes comparable to the gsr's the weight ratio is different, stock for stock, and also the h22a1 is not ment to rev as high as the b18c1. is it the torque that gets it? i know when comparing the 4th and 5th gen lude,s my friend seems to catch on me in 2nd and start pulling.
p.s. i hate OBD II

Everytime I race em they might get the hole shot on me....but oo boy that third gear pulls on em.....You just see the horsepower....

 

no its the extra 35-40 HP... horsepower is horsepower, no matter how you make it

 

what does a 4G VTEC lude have HP wise? 3G GS-R's have 170hp stock.. whats honda say for the G4 VTEC preludes?

 

honda claims 190 - it dynos the same as 195-200HP 5th gens as far as whp is concerned though.

(oops - I thought GS-R's had 160hp)

 

no 170h.p we all know that ....
