Need help asap. Need a CRX shop manual for 1990 not 91. 90!!!! HELP

Need help asap. Need a CRX shop manual for 1990 not 91. 90!!!! HELP
Well I have a shop manual for a 91 CRX si.
I am having problems with my car so I need to test some wires however in the 91 CRX SI they say there should be a wire in b19 on the main harness going into the ecu.
Only thing is there is no wire going into the ECU in that slot.
My car is inoperable and i need it on the ground. I tried http://www.hondahookups.com but they said they can't host them anymore.
Please help me!!!
