Default Wideband location ? for SOHC

If I where to mount the wideband sensor on the heated part of the header (stock location on sohc) would that do any damage to the sensor it self ? would it still be accurate? has any one done this? searched didn't really find a answer for sohc NA

yes that will work. anywhere after the collector and before your exhaust will be fine.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by civic-4-ges &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">it really has nothing to do with SOHC or NA</TD></TR></TABLE>

I felt it had nothing to do with a sohc but most people ask so I put it in there ........but for it being NA and that close to the exhaust port, I was not sure if the temp would mess up my sensor so i asked just to be safe ......

I assume in a turbo set up someone would not want it that close because of so much heat from the turbo could damage the sensor

Thanks for the info
